LEGAL: As a condition of your attendance at Party Noire, you agree and irrevocably consent to your image and/or likeness being captured on film and/or video, the benefit of which shall vest in Party Noire, its partners, representatives, affiliates, and assigns, and may be distributed throughout the world in perpetuity, without limitation.  All sales are final. With RSVP and/or ticket purchase you agree to receive communications from Party Noire.

By entering the event premises, you waive all rights to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, webcasting, television, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged.
